Founder Mark Pierotti is an alum of the Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of
Business, DePaul University. Mark brings multiple skill sets to bear on
the home inspection field, including advanced research and development
experience in chemistry, biochemistry, and molecular biology. As an
experienced technology marketing specialist, Mark's operating focus in
the home inspection field is to provide high-quality services tailored
to clients needs.
Mark is a founding member of the Chicago Chapter of NACHI, the National Association of Certified home
Inspectors. Additionally, Mark supports NACHI's continuing education
efforts, the highest in the industry, by serving as the Chapter's
Chairman for the Board of Review and as Chapter Coordinator.
Our inspectors are State of Illinois licensed. We are certified by
examination through (NACHI). Less than half of home inspectors pass the NACHI
certification examination.
