Pierotti+Cabrioli Incorporated inspects residential and commercial properties. The systems and components that will be inspected include the structural system/ foundation, the exterior, the roof system, the plumbing system, the electrical system, the heating system, the cooling system, the interior, the insulation and ventilation, and fireplaces and solid fuel burning appliances. Systems will be inspected in accordance to the NACHI Standards of Practice.

Clients will receive a report written in a narrative style detailing the findings of the visual inspection of the apparent condition of the accessible installed systems and components existing at the time of the inspection. The report will be issued within 24 hours of the completion of the on-site portion of the inspection.
